Staff Leaders

Ken Dillard – Campus Pastor

Ken is our campus pastor. He’s been working with the Collegiate Ministry in Cincinnati since 1992. He enjoys conversations with students, a lively racquetball game, and a cold Coke. A special interest is one-on-one discipleship with students. If you’ve got a tough question, he’s usually the one to go to. Ken and Mary Kay married in 1979, and together they attempt to parent Sarah, Nathan, and Kelley. If you want a long story, just ask him how his fiancé introduced him to his wife.

Aaron Smith – Worship Team Director

Aaron Smith is a Worship Leader at a local church and the staff worship coordinator @ CM. He is the director of the worship team in discipleship and direction. Aaron has a unique view on the college scene as he has been a student on and off since 1999. His heart is to see the “church” learn to worship in spirit and in truth. In his limited spare time he likes to play his guitar, ping-pong and catch up with his friends.

Kim Feldner – Staff

Hey! I’m an International Studies graduate from Ohio University. I love having deep conversations about Christ, learning about people from different cultures, trying new food, and being spontaneous. My favorite past time is eating!

Mike Ross – Volunteer Staff

Mike has been an associate pastor at several churches in the greater Cincinnati area since 1992. God has given him a passion for our college students. He enjoys investing in the lives of our students through the teaching of the Bible and how it relates to the life we live today.
